Pros

You work with really smart people, and get to learn a lot. You get to make a great customer impact. You own a large part of what you develop, so you can be autonomous. You're paid really well.

Cons

Work-life balance is bad. Employees frequently work very late into the night. Many times they are asked to come on a Saturday. It is not easy to take obtain permission to take leave if it's more than a couple of days. If you're on-call, you can be contacted at any time during the on-call for servicing issues.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
