Working around 60 hours per week and paid for only around 45 hours. Company is a disaster and you will like working there only if you are lucky that you end up in a team where everyone forgets that you even exist because there you can work for 40 hours a week. Take a look at leadership principles and laugh at them since not even senior managers working close to Jeff on daily basis take them serious.
