Pros
Stimulating work, good pay, less sensitive to market pressures in terms of downsizing, i enjoy the majority of the folks I work with, reasonable flexibility with schedules (within the context of consulting demands)
Cons
growing faster than we're maturing, lots of "black box" processes (particularly around bonus allocation), what leadership you align to / advocate for you can make a big difference on your experience, chronically overcommit and understaff projects so hours can be long if you struggle with time & upward management
