      Huge disparity between the salary of consultants and mid-manager levels (VP & SVP) American culture forced onto employees Expected to work/be “on” at all times

      Pros

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
