      Fast paced environment with opportunity around every corner. Great place to quickly learn a variety of functional and industry specific skills

      Same as any management consulting firm - 100% travel, etc.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
