Pros
It is great for travelling externally to the Final Assembly Lines. (FAL) the product ofcourse is amazing and just consider walking over to the FAL and discussing your daily work under the shade of a wing that you helped manufacture. It is the extreme sort of job satisfaction and pride in what you do. It does come with challenges of running this scale of a business, however the pros outweigh the cons by far. There is excellent opportunity to feel at home in any team and the culture is so welcoming in transnational teams They recognise if you are trying your best to learn the language and are extremely supportive. It is a joy to come in to work because everyone around you is just as motivated about their job and speak about the work and aircraft passionately which is a big factor in problem solving.
Cons
Language challenges if you work internationally. however they can be overcome as company provides tutoring, You have to be willing to learn though.
