Internal politics in middle and higher managements makes climbing the ladder internally very difficult, promotions are not meritocratic. There is also an issue where people are given acting roles and then never confirmed and this is done rinse and repeat so they don't have to pay the higher confirmed salary for the work being done. Night shift allowance has also not increase in years
