Pros
People used to think Trident provides handsome salary.. but its at all fake they have a unique concept of TCTC so called performance driven pay system.. so a employee who has monthly TCTC of 1 LAC per month will get 45-50,000 per month. Trident is gud for freshers for industry exposure but not for long time. They use SAP ECC 6 which is gud for a IT candidate who want experience on SAP Production.
Cons
Everything that you can except.. No freedom to work, to wear cloths & everything. HR policies are worst & not at all employee friendly looks like made for companies benefit only. You will lose your personal life & have to work like a animal without any appreciation or Bonus. Senior management is very orthodox ,,they dont want to accept any new ideas. Everything is on the MD`s hand. Dont except for your monthly salary.. as from the starting of month we used to start thinking & working to get our salaries. You will be asked to do things those do not come under your domain but no one will listen to you.So no process driven culture. A lot of pressure without any reason.Your increment & promotion is not based on your performance but gud for bootlickers. Sometimes we dont understand that how this company is running.
