Pros
Pay and benefits, but competitors are starting to meet or surpass 3M
Cons
No opportunities for growth. Employer does not reward loyalty, but rather fills leadership positions with external candidates despite qualified internal ones. Unnecessary overtime for hourly employees. Multiple safety incidents. Members of leadership over the years have had multiple instances of having inappropriate relationships with direct reports, but when it comes out, the direct report gets fired while nothing happens to the supervisor/manager.
