      It's a large corporation with many areas to work.

      Cons

      You're just a number. Not taking care of the people anymore. They are putting profits before people and it's not working out.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
