      Pros

      most work for 20 plus year here, great 401K and pension plan they match 9 percent total between 6 percent 401K and 3 percent pension plan

      Cons

      below fair wages, they bought the company i was working at and cut our pay $20k and smiled and said hey drink the red cool aid and welcome onboard

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
