      Pros

      Salary is not so bad and that is the only pros I can think of.

      Cons

      They have a tendency to burn out employees. Company promotes diversity but that is not true. I had bad experiences dealing with some of my co-workers. When you asked questions they some times laugh at you w/c is very inappropriate. People have offended me so many times. One co-worker told me why I keep bothering him. Rude employees with no manners.

      Good pay, benefits, and time off

      Cons

      The IT org is constantly going through layoffs. The work is going to managed service providers in India. The whole process is clown shoes. They are letting people go that have been here for 20+ years that have so much knowledge and expect to transfer it over to workers who are extremely siloed, who might not even be around in 6 months(the retention rate for this particular MSP is abysmal). These workers are not even dedicated to 3M, they have many other projects. I’m concerned for 3M’s IT future. Walking over dollars to pick up pennies
