Cons

Micromanagement seems to be the executive teams’ mantra. Little respect for the professionals doing the work. Few resources available to perform at the high level we are constantly expected to operate at. High burnout and attrition rate.

Pay is decent for anyone looking for a starting position without experience.

Cons

Worked mandatory overtime literally every week for months and months. I was gone 70+ hours a week for okay pay.
