Pros

Great learning opportunity - Excellent research tools - Interesting and diverse client base - Intelligent and motivated co-workers - Builds a strong resume and opens many doors for future careers

Cons

The hours and client deadlines can be very challenging and demanding, frequently to the point of meltdown. The learning curve is intense and many burn out after a couple of years of attempting to maintain the high level of growth expected by the firm.

Pros

Global network, great people, interesting work. There are lots of opportunities for working with multinational clients in a very fast-paced intellectual environment. Mobility is very important to this firm, and there are lots of people who are given chances to do international rotations.

Cons

Late night calls, some frenzied work

Pros

Great for resume, big four is a good place to start career and work for the first 5-10 years of your career. after that long term career prospects can be limited and because of size of orgaization will require a strong advocate with postional power to advance your career

Cons

long term career path limited
