      Pros

      Most of the people are great to be commarades with. Great exposure to a lot of relevant companies. Also in the case of EYCA (Central American division), there's awesome job security.

      Cons

      There are restrictions on what clients one can make bussiness with becuase of the nature of EY as an audit firm.

      Nice atmosphere, cooperation, and learning new technologies.

      Cons

      Low wages, they give benefits instead of money. Too much work sometimes. Many times personal time is not valued.
