Pros

Collaborate with a diverse global team, gaining exposure to different cultures, and markets

Cons

All most all employees joining the company, they were assigned to projects that did not align with the job description they were initially given. HR seems to engage in toxic leadership behavior, using anger, aggression, and manipulation to control employees. This affects the mental health of employees There appears to be a significant bias in how employees are treated. Some are favored with compliments and privileges, while others are ignored or mistreated, regardless of their performance however HR is failed to control. The hostile work environment has left many employees financially trapped, resorting to anti-depression medication just to cope with the stress. I personally worked in the company and it seems, posting fake positive feedback on various platforms like this to boost its image. BEWARE Candidate!

Pros

Trying to find one!! Totally nothing to mention.

Cons

The company appears to have significant challenges in leadership, management, and work culture. These issues may impact employee morale, job security, and overall satisfaction. It is advisable for prospective employees to carefully consider these factors before joining the company and assess whether the work environment aligns with their expectations and career goals. If you are willing to be a hear total nonsense, bad words from upper management about yourself please go ahead and join the Company. I would never want even my enemies to suffer in this Company. The above explanation is totally my perception, it can be different for other. But do read reviews from all the website and then join this Company. The power of Management should be divided however, it sits on to a single person and the person acts as a robot for the person who has remote.
