      Pros

      ECC is such a wonderful company to work for. The team is always upbeat and supportive of each other. Very open communication from the Top down with quarterly update meetings and a CEO that leaves his cell number in his email. A lot of opportunity for growth, tons of training available, lots of opportunity to work with other groups within ECC.

      Cons

      When i started 2 years ago our group was small and that had it's challenges. I truly can't name a con, the work is supposed to be challenging.

      Friendly working environment with lots of benefits and easy access to continuous learning. High technical standards and excellent remunaration package. Being flexible is a skill very much appreciated.

      Working hours may vary depending on the phase and the nature of the project, including work on Saturdays or late evenings.
