      Pros

      ECC has a great servant-leadership management philosophy. Although they didn't always manage as they taught (do as I say, not as I do), it was a very good, and consistent working philosophy that worked well.

      Cons

      As above, personalities of strong leaders do not always match the company "talk".

      Great benefits, wonderful colleagues, lots of opportunity within the company to expand one's skills

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance. This isn't the same for everyone at ECC, and the Wellness program is great, but it seems some positions require 100+hrs/week without the rewards such expectations should confer.
