      Pros

      ECC cares for employee growth in their careers. ECC provides opportunities for learning and development. ECC allows individuals to follow their interests inside the company regardless of their job title.

      Cons

      It is to each individual to determine their work schedule. If you do not self-monitor, you might find yourself working a lot of long hours every day.

      Thank you for your positive comments! ECC values continued education and has initiated additional learning and development opportunities such as offering regularly scheduled training companywide to include guest speakers, specific training sessions, book clubs, as well as access to an on-line talent learning management system providing more than 7000 courses free to employees. This is in addition to tuition reimbursement and other educational opportunities that already existed at ECC. We have established a formal Mentorship program that has strong participation.

      ECC has intelligent, caring leaders who take care of their people. I enjoy the people with whom I work. Despite being spread across the country and overseas there is a feeling of family.
