Pros

The business offers the opportunity to have a diverse career path across Sales, Trading and Generation activities. Office environment is pleasant and the majority of employees are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Ridiculously complicated structure and reporting lines within Corporate Structure means that decision making is extremely cumbersome and there is a real lack of accountability. Approach is extremely reactive to competitive environment and not setting the pace.

It is a very good working environment with good work conditions and posibility to learn many things in an international company.

Cons

Very big difference between salaries at the same position, low access to management, tensioned environment regarding the possibility of loosing the job.

The People, and by the people i mean the general members of staff ..the locations are varied from call centres through to Power Stations

Cons

, middle management inside E.On Uk have not got talent in number..the majority of middle management witnessed by myself are nothing less than bullies who talk to their team members like children
