Pros

Free drinks machine - Building is nice - Team food fuddles - Cafeteria served nice food - some ok people there

Cons

Progression only happens to a lucky few who because of the funding system that the team leaders get The team leaders don't get ANY training when they go up. They simply go on the phones, come off as a TL and that's it - because of this they don't know what to do or how to act. I had a TL who refused to help because he was "going on his break", made a joke out of all the women but couldn't do it towards the men because he was a ..... Never moved people up spots if he didn't like them and was just genuinely nasty. Because it's so male run the men like to move each other up with no relevant facts- just move up for the sake of it. The men love to be full of themselves BULLYING. NO COMMISSION WHATSOEVER. EVEN IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT.

Pros

Decent package, lot of competent colleagues to learn from, great location, interesting field of business. Possibility to move globally within the company.

Cons

Company is very bureaucratic and oblivious to changes in consumer behavior (unless forced to change). Decisions pertaining to market activities are often based on "what internal IT systems allow" (exact quote). The bigger Excel sheet u make the better you are. Lots of people who have been there for a very long time with established internal networks making it very difficult to implement any change. My manager was a control freak who after 20+ years in the company thought he knew it all and had nothing to learn. In his opinion if something was important he would have already seen it himself.
