Pros

Some of your co-workers are really nice and they had some excellent managers. The work you encounter will usually be varied and no day will usually get the same style of calls; you do have the opportunity to build relationships with stakeholders and do casework.

Cons

Lots of backroom negative behaviours, a values system that people didn't stick to, people who are unable to do their job correctly are rewarded while those who fix the mistakes caused by other people and do extra work aren't. You will be expected to go above and beyond while being fed half truths and being treated poorly by other managers.
