Pros

If you want to have a job for life without putting any effort in, Eon could be the place for you!

Cons

If you want to make a difference and enjoy contributing to new ways of doing things, Eon is not the place for you! Many long standing employees waiting for pensions to mature makes career progression difficult. Health and safety has gone mad, no walking across the office holding a cup off coffee without it being in a drinks tray, no talking on hands free phones in cars, no jackets on backs of seats etc. All common sense and personal responsibility has been eliminated. Rates of pay below market value. Most decent employees leave to go to the competition. All in all not the best of places to work.
