Thank you for writing such a positive review. I am very pleased that you highlight your team and the dynamic environment in your "pros". I think, with our different offers around hybrid work and workation, we have already made good progress when it comes to flexible working. Of course, I'm interested in your ideas to improve further. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Alessandra

Pros

EON has a clear strategy, clear values and transparent communication. You have the possibility to learn a lot. Also job rotations within the company are possible. Very strong team culture and bond. Even in times of remote work

Cons

It remains a big old company with less flexibility in terms of individual development. If your objective does not fit the management you will be left behind.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. I am very glad about the positive points of your evaluation and particularly pleased that you can identify with our values and work in a great team. I have the impression that E.ON does a lot to promote the personal and professional development of its employees. I myself can talk openly with my manager about development and measures and am supported in this regard. What kind of individual development do you miss? It would be helpful to learn more about this. I share your meeting frustration. If a meeting doesn't seem helpful to me, I openly ask if other channels might be a better fit (away from "another meeting that could have been an email"). If my input is not needed in meetings, I also withdraw. I think that's perfectly legitimate and important to give myself space. In my experience, it also inspires those who share the same frustration. I'm sure you're not the only one who is bothered by this :) I wish you all the best Alessandra
