Benefits, pay scale,people and locations, you have the flexibility of working from home if your job permits it and the drinks in the vending machines are ALL free

Cons

Outsourced to external provider with no real concern apart from the window dressing which is usual from large companies

Pros

The business offers the opportunity to have a diverse career path across Sales, Trading and Generation activities. Office environment is pleasant and the majority of employees are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Ridiculously complicated structure and reporting lines within Corporate Structure means that decision making is extremely cumbersome and there is a real lack of accountability. Approach is extremely reactive to competitive environment and not setting the pace.

Very big difference between salaries at the same position, low access to management, tensioned environment regarding the possibility of loosing the job.
