Pros

good rates of pay, opportunities for younger people, some nice people work there, work life balance works for some, holidays are not bad, sick pay good

Cons

there is a culture of bullying and its not addressed properly.... they don't grow peoples abilities they push people around in restructures putting round pegs in square holes then batter them for not achieving, can be less than discretional with people with chronic illnesses, too much red tape to get through for decisions

Pros

I love working for E.ON because from day one I've had the chance to do my very best every day. I have embarked on a career path that is hopefully going to go a stage further soon. I am well rewarded for the effort I put in. I have hundreds of great colleaguesin my location and have met some great people UK wide. E.ON tries to put it's customers first and, when thingsgo wrong, mistakes are admitted to and rectified.

Cons

E.ON are not in a friendly industry, there are many bodies applying pressure frequently. Being in a large organisation can mean srutiny that makes you feel upset. Change happens an awful lot and sometimes, too much is changed at the same time, and frantically.
