Good working hours and holiday allowance, pension scheme, gym membership, private medical insurance. Generally nice people and friendly work environment. Approachable, down-to-earth top management

Cons

Very bureaucratic and slow decision-making, inflexible on the "old ways". Not very good at recognizing and promoting talent. Too much office politics.

In Romania the company has being having a big financial potential and great development in the gas and electricity domestic market since 2005.

Cons

Even if the company is always promoting a better changing strategy related to the challenging future in the global market energy, the Group doesn't have a clear one at least in Romania. What is the better understood at the mid level of the structure is outsourcing of the services and the reducing of the personnel.
