      Pros

      Fantastic community, some of the nicest and best people that I have ever met, a really important industry sector and a company determined to do things better for all, a fantastically interesting change agenda and lots of opportunity to develop and learn.

      Cons

      Can be a bit slow in decision making and frustrating in achievement.

      Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      Salary and package very competitive with fantastic pension contribution and share offerings. Life style choices package too. Company very politically correct and treating people fairly along with extremely high values if treating customers fairly and putting the customers first before business which eon absolutely do!

      Cons

      In more senior roles Internal recruitment is poor, recruitment done based on competency rather than skill to do the job which pulls of other skilled staff members. Lack of training for core skills.

      Looked after me well.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were fantastic. We had each other's backs and were a great team. Our team leaders communicated with us very well, on the whole.

      Cons

      There was the occasional feeling that it's who you know, and not your skills etc that got you moved up in the business. Re-structures could have been communicated better but on the whole they dealt with it well.
