Pros

E.ON looks after its employees and goes above and beyond the minimum required. Caring and flexible management. Hard work is rewarded, lots of opportunities.

Cons

Losing market share to smaller companies means E.ON is feeling the pinch and having to offer redundancy and makes cuts wherever it can.

Pros

Lots different opportunities in a variety of business areas. Support for career progression. If you are willing to learn and put yourself out there then you'll get on. Flexible working

Cons

Managers can be a bit hit and miss. Very profit orientated which comes before customer satisfaction

Pros

Benefits are good if you want them.

Cons

Team managers work like dogs compared to higher grade analysts You never get recognised for the work you do and the amount of hours you need to put in to get all the coaching and checks means your pay is tiny hourly. The section managers take credit for all your hard work but haven't got a clue about what you do
