Pros

Real family feel and very customer centric. Continual opportunities to develop and learn more if you're happy to put in the effort. Brilliant salary for all levels as well, including entry level.

Cons

A lot of people there who are just in it for the great salary and have no passion for the company values. Brings the office moral down.
