      Pros

      A lot of freedom in managing your own work day, currently work from home etc.

      Cons

      pure chaos, not organised well, no clear structure, hard to get answers for customer (in EON heat) soon moving to EON next, hope this is much better and I hope they keep to their job advertisement and let us continue to work mainly from home then i will be happy in the new role.
