Pros

E.ON is very supportive of a work life balance even though depending on your unit, work can be crazy at times

Cons

The opportunities for progress are severely limited if you're not looking to be a people manager. Even if you are, there's only so many managers there can be, right?

Pros

Loads of opportunities for growth, I’ve felt valued and the more effort I put into my development the more I get out. The company invested in a leadership apprenticeship for me which not only increased my skills it also increased my confidence in the role I have. Really great benefit programme where you can buy holiday and get discounts from high street stores. Good pension

Cons

Like with any company you need to put time and effort into your learning and development to get the most out of your experience.
