      Pros

      Lots going on in the energy sector with both the energy crisis and transition. EGI is very open to try new and interesting ideas, encourages exploration and it is OK to fail. Young work force, lots of enthusiasm and energy and very flat structure. Absolutely tonnes of flexibility.

      Cons

      When interfacing with the larger EON organization it sometimes can be frustrating as it is much slower and the culture is very risk averse.

We are very happy to hear that you believe E.ON is a good place to work. However, within the ‘Con’ section you have written that the site in Nottingham is closed. One of our Nottingham sites have closed, however the other site based in Nottingham City Centre is still open and many of our staff have migrated over to it.
