      Pros

      Great package of benefits including being able to buy up to 2 weeks additional holiday and a great pension. Hybrid working with a blend of office working and home working. Lovely colleagues and a supportive manager. Interesting and varied work with additional project work to get involved in. Really open to flexible working and helping you achieve a good work-life balance.

      Not a company for career minded people

      Salary/package work/life balance was great

      The work was non-existent. Everyone knows it's a joy ride with little/meaningless work but no one says anything. Managers are clueless, technical engineers aren't exactly technical. For a career, this isn't the one, you will become a vegetable due to the little to no thinking required. I could train a 12 year old to do the role it was that basic, some of the 'experienced' engineers had no clue about fundamental engineering principles. Weekly project meetings for half an hour, with no progress, and spend the rest of the time doing personal errands. It was great to spend time with the family! It's great to start with, but novelty quickly wore off as it is pointless and only detrimental to your career by staying at that place.
