      Good ideas but badly implemented

      Pros

      Some really nice projects. Many R&D projects. Can be a great experience if it's a greenfield project German Bussiness is really good, they know what they need, and also how to empower you.

      Cons

      A bunch of projects done by external teams that just started to learn development (they even don't know what is a CI/CD). I suggest asking as many questions at the interview, to know exactly what to expect

      Enjoyed my tim at EON. Was given plenty of opportunities to develop and progress. Worked for some great leaders

      Lack of develop opportunities at senior leadership level. Lack of representation at MM4 level and above
