Pros

Great customers, getting to know your community.Having some great employees.

Cons

Workload is completely unrealistic.Managers are required to work 48 hours a week, it is impossible to get the required tasks done. Most managers work on average of 60 hours a week.Hourly employees are paid horribly which results in large turn over.

Pros

Nice people that work within.

Cons

not enough payroll hours, long hours for managers, big heads come in all the time with changes after they already required change yesterday, no time to catch up on freight, no time to get the store to its cleanliness that the regionals would like for it to be, no respect from upper management outside of the store.

Pros

* Average pay and benefits * Team work is encouraged * Bonus incentives for Store Managers and higher

Cons

* Ridiculous amount of hours. Most Store Managers work a minimum of 50 hours per week, unless they are one the managers that just don't care about their job or their company * Hard to have a family life when employed by this company * A never-ending task list each day/week/month/etc. You are constantly in a state of being behind
