Pros

Gain experience in food service and retail at the same time, a lot of exposure in the tourism industry. You'll become an expert at making a perfect ice cream cone. The company is fairly well run.

Cons

Work is very physical. A lot of restocking and dishwashing. Constantly moving and standing, which can be difficult if not used to it. Very little opportunity for promotion. There is a large stagger between management and workers.

Easy jobs, CSR programs and employees' benefits... There were lots of programs for the employees to enjoy like family day and foundation day. The company will issue free transportation from your home to the work place, and vice versa. They provide lots of training for the employees and opportunity to travel as well to those who belong in the upper management.

Cons

Most managers (technical ones) in this company are not qualified for a position. They get hired because the HR division has poor recruitment skills. They tend to show-off their good organizational development skills, but taking for granted their recruitment processes. People working in this company are already very old. Consequence is that they tend to work not in their best because of repetition of procedures, and resistance to developmental changes.
