      Good Salary, some good people and some horrendously awful people

      Pros

      Salary and benefits, especially the RSUs. Some really good folks.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and rumors, they also do not see people as people, they see them as headcount and very dispensable. Very cutthroat and the leadership team are very poor (greedy and untrustworthy). Some horrible people go far within the company, nice guys finish last kind of attitude. Very poor work life balance also, but that's nearly all US multinationals.

      they got rid of support line and are making sales people field these calls. left hand doesn't talk to the right hand between seattle and chicago offices. inconsistent asks from mgmt.
