Benefits are decent. Focal takes place every year. Free breakfast, lunch and unlimited coffee made by barista in the office. Good beverage and snack selection

Cons

Processes are non-existing. GTM strategy is always not clear. Decisions and timelines are made without operational designs and buffer which constantly creates huge pressure to the admin team at downstream. Team turnover has been high. Leadership creates timelines without buffers especially critical. Annual comp keeps depreciating year over year due to the stock price.
