      The company has a solid vision and is creating a new SaaS Category. There is a strong product roadmap with shippable products that is all integrated with one platform Strong leadership team with the ability to execute

      Cons

      Employee morale is a concern. Some team members seem to latch on to the pre-pandemic timeframe when the company was thriving from Covid headwind and stock prices were elevated. There's a disconnect between employee expectations and the current business realities. We need to realign perspectives - high performance from each individual is vital for driving company growth, which in turn will create opportunities and rewards for everyone. It's a two-way street - the company can deliver more when we collectively raise our game.
