- Great colleagues in my department - structured compensation and performance review cycle - career opportunities - lot of flexibility granted in terms of working hours - big volunteering and donation culture

Cons

- workload is too big - Management keeps changing direction/priorities - too many changes at the company and leadership level - company turning more and more corporate

Pros

The Company's Benefits and Culture is great, very collaborative and you're welcome/expected to think outside the box to bring exciting and new ideas to your organization.

Cons

Change is constant which is attests to innovation, however effectively change is very, very slow. In the last year we had gone through 3 CEOs not including the Executive Leaders, which led to a revolving door of initiatives and go to market plans.
