Pros

DocuSign has a lot of good, smart people and is a growing company. There are lots of opportunities to make a difference.

Cons

Rapid growth has hurt communication, especially communication between different departments, making work more difficult. There are problems with people following up on items.

Thanks. We have build more channels of communications including employee surveys and Need More Cowbell along with quarterly company meetings and monthly leadership meetings. Hope you have seen the difference that has made.

Pros

This company has very strong products.

Cons

The employees are constantly put in situations which make the culture paranoid. They are very controlling and management does not work together well. There are too many chiefs and not enough indians in the company. Most employees are dissatisfied with their management. Although, the employees do get along well with each other.

We've evolved the management team a lot since the time you wrote this review by bringing in seasoned team players. However, hope you found a great fit at your next job.

Pros

Flexible hours, free beverages, nice view, some very nice, hard working people, near the bus, reimbursements for parking or bus passes.

Cons

Cronyism at it's finest -- doesn't matter what you know, just who you know; self focused, arrogant and mostly inept new leadership; failure to tell the truth about shifting corporate headquarters to San Francisco and pretending employees are to dumb to figure it out; new "management" dismantled what actually made the company succeed and is now struggling to put the pieces back -- similar to what they destroyed; secretive, back stabbing. Not a culture that most people would thrive in for very long.

A lot has changed at the company -- especially in our senior leadership -- since you wrote this review. We recently interviewed 62 people across the company to help us learn why they joined DocuSign and why they stay and it's the people and the massive opportunity. we are highly collaboratively, like creating product, systems, partnerships in order to have an impact on our customers and our communities. So something is working. However, I respect that we have different opinions and hope that you have found a good job fit post-DocuSign.
