Pros

Docusign has a great office space and decent salary compared to the rest of the market. It's a great place to learn new things and learn about a global company in all different industries around the world.

Cons

Very sales centric company instead of a customer focused company. The benefits could be better such as the meal/groceries voucher of $1100. As a sales centric company, other teams are almost always outshined by the sales team, and if the customer wants to do anything to their plan that's not an upgrade or early renewal, they will be met with very strict terms of services, which can be very frustrating for anyone. Promotions opportunities are scarce.
