Energetic work environment. People show up early and work hard. The productivity is contagious and teams are very collaborative. Additional pros include a beautiful office space with amazing views of San Francisco and an awesome kitchen with coffee, drinks, snacks.

We have a world class product that truly transforms the way companies do business. Regardless of the business unit, DocuSign can streamline processes and drive operational efficiency. Product aside, we have an amazing leadership team and awesome corporate culture. Love this place

Cons

None so far on my end, but in any growing company, the only constant is change. This is a place where you need to be able to roll with the change that comes. Its not a bad thing because change can be good.

Pros

The autonomy to run my accounts here is better than I've experienced anywhere else. I feel strong support by management in regards to in-territory travel, account help and deal support/sponsorship.

Cons

The workload is heavy. Prioritization in your day is key. The space is highly competitive as well, you'll need to be able to clearly articulate value to close a sale.
