Pros

endless challenges we still have to maintain our leadership in the market great people that although they come from different disciplines and geographies share the same goals leadership is very much accessible

Cons

as an employee of one of DocuSign's subsidiaries I can tell that the conditions in SF/Seattle are way better than the ones we have, although they are now better than what we had before we were acquired

Thank you for your review and for your candor. We are looking for ways to make the employee experience consistent across all of our offices. It will take time. And it's a goal.

Pros

DocuSign has been an excellent environment to work in, especially in an "entry level" position such as the SDR. The amount of time and energy invested into each individual during the onboarding process is a great indicator toward how the company values its employees. The process is respected, and consistent, quality work is rewarded.

Cons

DocuSign is a great place to work and grow in your career, to be sure. At times, though, one looks around and tends to see the same types of people. Diversity (or lack thereof) plagues the industry, and DocuSign seems to be no exception. The only prohibition I have against a 5 star review is the lack of workplace diversity.

Thanks for writing a review and calling out the onboarding process. It's a differentiator for sure. We are making a major push with Women@DocuSign. Please get involved if you wish. And contact Amy Skeeters-Behrens with other ideas for other groups. We are looking for volunteers to help gain ground in this area. We have Executive support. We need grassroots manpower and interest and initiative. Raise your hand. Get involved. Progress is possible with intention.

Pros

There is a collective motivation felt throughout all the work here. As we move from a start up to a strong and substantial company, the employees have the same hunger and excitement as day 1. Leadership has a close ear to the ground in hopes to making sure their employees are happy and have the tools needed. The culture is great. Much like your typical "tech environment" with a creative work spaces, stocked kitchens and beers when needed, DocuSign has a refreshing mature feel to it unlike past tech companies i have worked for. While the demographic is relatively young, for the large majority of employees have worked in tech for many years which leads to a stable and professional work environment.

Cons

The only con revolves around your typical growing pains. Setting up of new processes (software, requests, etc.) and getting used to them.
