Great until it wasn't

Pros

- Exposure to many markets in the Asia region - Great colleagues at the IC level (both in & outside the sales org) - Was fantastic before the CEO change + subsequent cascading of new 'culture',

Cons

Was evident from the rapid growth during COVID that the headwinds wouldn't last forever. Sales team went from high morale, high performing teams, to being put on PIPs constantly within 12 months. The issue clearly wasn't the same people who were doing so well (not just because of COVID). New global + regional management became spreadsheet hawks, politics became rife. Clear brown-nosing, career sabotage & throwing under the bus by sycophants. Cancelled Presidents Club trip despite other companies already starting to do them again (around the same time stock price tanked). I could go on and on, but it's all in the past now.
