      Pros

      This is a very dynamic environment and everything is moving all the time. It is very motivating to work in this kind of environment. The people are passionate about the product which creates a positive environment to work in and makes you more motivated. The careers opportunities are huge because everything is in development and you have your chance to do something different if you want to as people will listen to you.

      Cons

      Because the company is still quite new (especially in EMEA), most of the time the processes don't exist and you have to create them from scratch. This is at the same time a good opportunity but it can make things a bit messy.
