Pros

It sounds trite, but the people make DocuSign an amazing place to work. Everyone I have met during my time at DocuSign has been kind, considerate, and generally happy people, which makes it a pleasure to come into work each day.

Cons

-Not a high-intensity work environment (could be a pro for some) -Many remaining inefficiencies from the start-up phase

Pros

As a mom of 2 boys under the age of 10, I have to use my work hours and team resources wisely. DocuSign has a great policy of allowing employees to work remotely and it helps cut down on commute times and parking costs. Plus, it allows the kind of flexibility needed for being a working parent of a child with medical conditions that require many doctor visits through out the year. Additionally, there is lots of surface area for growing and expanding one's professional path. There is great opportunity for career growth and ample ways to learn new skills with many leaders who are willing to mentor and sponsor -- so long as I clearly map out what I'm trying to grow in to and where I could use support.

Cons

The company doesn't offer a 401K match yet but I hope to see that change in the near future.

Well isn't this refreshing to hear. Thank you for sharing this perspective. As for 401K -- Dan has said that it might come after an IPO which makes sense when you consider the financials and use of cash.
