Business Outlook
Pros
Working from home, getting off early when it's slower, weekly meetings / activities. Really good benefits and PTO.
Cons
Can't catch a breath, taking almost 200 calls a day, you will be criticized for logging off the phone to go to the bathroom, etc. Most PTO will be used just from being drained from the job. They hold promotions / non phone time over your head to stay but that takes years.
