They pay well for IT, bonuses, and benefits are great.

Cons

Company is running fast to the Left. Very progressive SJW messaging from all levels of the executive team. I love working with a diverse group, but I am getting tired of being told I am the problem as a white male.

Great health benefits, PTO, and pay.

Cons

Management are bullies from day 1. HR never returns your calls or emails and this has only gotten worse since March 2020 when they sent people to work from home. Pray you don’t have any technical issues with your work equipment (which is absolute garbage by the way). You’ll be treated like a criminal if your systems have issues. Pray you never have to use FMLA or LOA. Even though you have a PTO bucket of hours they can pay you for they never pay you even if you ask.
